New Release, New Contract
What Lies in Winter has been released from my publisher Amber Quill Press. We’re still waiting for several review requests, but we’ve already gotten a great quote from Michelle Puffer of Romance Divas, which I’ll be posting very soon. In other news, we’re currently hard at work on two new novellas, one of which has already been contracted by Phaze!
Dolce & Diana will finish out the Tropical Trysts series at Phaze (which included Sunset Key and Raleigh in Rio) and will hopefully be released altogether next year as a single-author anthology. It tells the story of haute cuisine meeting haute couture when a fashionista takes on a celebrity chef in a culinary reality show featuring her Italian/Caribbean fusion dishes.
Last week, Jax and I signed a contract for a four-author anthology tackling psychics, tarot, and fortune-tellers, tentatively titled Fortune’s Fool. Besides our Miranda Writes, the anthology will feature novellas from Selah March, Bianca D’Arc, and Eva Gale, all very good friends of ours. This is guaranteed to be a fun tale about a bad case of writer’s block, a fortune-teller, and an FBI agent determined to crack a counterfeiting ring.
Lots of exciting things happening. That said, it looks to be a very busy remainder of the year for the Cassidy Kent duo. Whew! Stay tuned…
